The Super Photographer
There comes a time in your career when you have to do it all yourself. It can be the beginning of your career, or when you have no other choice. It comes as a surprise to many, that I at times work on my own. Yes, I do everything from setting up the place, the packing up at the end of the day. It helps me clear my head, and I simply love the process.
Which is why I feel I have been able to come so far in life. That for me it was never about money or luxury. It was all about being able to make a name for myself, so when people look at my images that see and feel what I felt when I took them. They say a picture can hold a thousand words, but there are times when images are silent like the movies before 1920. There is nothing wrong with a silent movie, but a silent image can be a huge problem. So when I feel that I can do without a team, I go for it. So I know that I am capable of doing this on my own, and the reason behind my success is not just my team.

I have been working as a professional fashion Super photographer for many years now, and throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to meet some great people.
Some have criticized my work other have loved it, but there are only a handful who know me for who I really am, and how I got here. Which is why I want to tell you about the super photographer who can do it all. When I started out I did not have many resources, so I decided to do much of the work myself as it allowed me to save money. But soon before I knew it, I did it because I loved the process. The time with myself allowed me to shape ideas, and elaborate on the thoughts and the processes. My mind had so much going on, that the time passed by in no time. Even today when I feel like I need time to process and think, I take on jobs that I can easily cover alone.
I load up my rover, and then simply unpack and start to contemplate ideas. The process is so claiming, and it helps me plan out each step of the shoot. So I know exactly what kind of images I am looking for, even before I have picked up my camera. It is a great experience, and I would like to suggest new photographers take it on. You do not need anyone to make your images look beautiful, you will learn how to develop skills along the way. So every now and then trust yourself enough to take on the entire set up and packing process yourself. It is a great calming experience, and it has helped me a great deal over the years.
